Quichua & Shuar

The two most common indigenous languages are Quichua and Shuar. Unlike Spanish and English, neither is based on Latin or Greek. Learning them is sheer memorization. There are also significant structural differences in their sentence compositions. Some Quichua words: Bamba = Hollowed Out Tree Colcha = Blanket Chaucha = Easy Chompa = Sweater
